As of July 1, 2014, Blind Babies Foundation became a program of Junior Blind, a leading non-profit organization helping children and adults who are blind, visually impaired or multi-disabled achieve independence. With similar missions and visions, the union between Junior Blind and Blind Babies Foundation is a natural fit and our combined strengths will ensure brighter futures for even more babies in need of our critical services.  To learn more, please visit

Spring is approaching, and with spring comes Blind Babies Foundation’s Beeper Egg Hunts! This event is so much fun that we have two Beeper Egg Hunts annually! You can join the fun in the Central Valley and in the Bay Area.

Children who are blind or visually impaired have the opportunity to take part in a traditional egg hunt adapted especially for them, where specially-designed beeping eggs filled with candy are hidden throughout the park. The day is filled with crafts, music, food and fun for everyone!

The 22nd Annual Central Valley Beeper Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Rowley Ranch in Visalia! Please contact Kristi Spaite at (559) 203-2108 or for more information or to R.S.V.P.

The 15th Annual Bay Area Beeper Egg Hunt will be held this year at Oak Hill Park in Danville on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please contact Samantha Joseph at (510) 446-2229, ext. 17 or for more information or to R.S.V.P.
